Role Description This is a full-time, in office Housekeeping Attendant role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to established standards of hygiene and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include making beds, replenishing amenities, handling linen and laundry items, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.



The role also involves responding to guest requests, supporting room setup for special requirements, and coordinating with the housekeeping and front office teams to ensure timely room readiness. The Housekeeping Attendant is expected to follow hotel policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications

Strong organization skills to manage room cleaning schedules, inventory of linens and amenities, and maintain orderly work areas.
Practical experience or knowledge of laundry handling, including sorting, washing, drying, and proper care of fabrics.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond clearly and politely to guest requests.
Customer service skills to create a welcoming environment, address guest concerns professionally, and support a positive stay experience.
