About the Role
We are looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our implementation team and work closely with businesses to understand their processes, identify suitable ERP solutions, and drive successful ERPNext implementations.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, map them to ERPNext functionality, recommend practical solutions using standard ERPNext features, and take ownership of the functional implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client business processes and gather detailed functional requirements.
Analyse requirements and map them to standard ERPNext functionality and workflows.
Propose practical ERP solutions, prioritising standard ERPNext features and configuration over customisation.
Configure ERPNext according to approved business requirements and implementation plans.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain functional solutions to clients and users.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and implementation requirements.
Coordinate with the development team when customisation or technical intervention is genuinely required.
Conduct functional testing and support users during implementation and go-live.
Train clients and help them adopt ERPNext effectively.
Follow up on implementation issues and ensure they are resolved within the agreed scope.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in ERP implementation, functional consulting, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with ERPNext is preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Manufacturing, HR, or related ERP functions.
Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
Good understanding of ERP configuration, workflows, roles, permissions, and business processes.
Robust communication and client-handling skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Willingness to work from the Calicut office
