Role Description The Sales Intern role at upGrad is an on-site internship based in Mumbai.
The intern will support the sales team by engaging with prospective learners, explaining program offerings, and assisting in converting leads into enrollments. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner experience. The intern will also help in preparing sales reports, participating in training sessions, and contributing to customer outreach initiatives. This role offers exposure to EdTech sales processes, customer interaction, and performance-driven targets within a structured learning environment.
