Role Description The Academy Trainer role at Asian Paints India is a full-time, in office position based in Madurai. The Academy Trainer will deliver structured training programs to painters, dealers, and other stakeholders on product knowledge, application techniques, and safety practices. The role involves designing training materials, conducting classroom and practical sessions, assessing participant performance, and providing constructive feedback.



The Academy Trainer will collaborate with local sales and technical teams to align training content with business goals and ensure consistent quality standards. Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
