About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for going into the market, identifying potential customers, generating recent business leads, and building relationships with prospective clients.
The candidate will primarily focus on field visits, lead generation, client , follow-ups, and converting prospects into business opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Visit different areas, offices, businesses, and potential client locations to generate new leads.
Identify and approach potential B2C customers.
Introduce and promote the company's travel services, B2B Website, travel packages.
Generate quality leads through regular market visits and networking.
Collect important lead information such as company name, contact person, mobile number, email ID, requirements, and potential business value.




Explain company products/services and understand the customer's travel requirements.
Arrange meetings between qualified prospects and the sales/management team wherever required.
Follow up regularly with generated leads through calls, WhatsApp, and personal visits.
Maintain a daily record of all field visits, leads generated, meetings conducted, and follow-ups.
Update all leads in the company or designated reporting system.
Achieve monthly and weekly lead generation targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new markets, areas, and customer segments for business development.
Share competitor and market information with the management.
Work closely with the sales and operations team to convert leads into actual business.
Perform any other sales and field-related responsibilities assigned by management.
