We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead who can lead a team of QA Engineers, ensure high-quality client deliveries, improve QA processes, and collaborate closely with developers and project managers to maintain exceptional data quality across multiple web scraping projects.

Role Overview

As a QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day QA activities across multiple web scraping and data extraction projects. You will mentor QA Engineers, establish testing standards, review deliverables, identify process improvements, and ensure that every client delivery meets the required quality benchmarks.





The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and hands-on experience validating large-scale scraped datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of QA Engineers.
Assign QA tasks and monitor daily progress.
Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and team training.
Review team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new QA team members.

Data Quality Assurance

Validate datasets for:
Accuracy
Completeness
Freshness
Consistency
Formatting
Duplicate records
Review client deliverables before submission.
Ensure adherence to project-specific validation checklists and SOPs.
Verify data against client requirements and acceptance criteria.
Testing & Validation

Prepare detailed test plans and test cases for scraping projects.
Perform functional and regression testing of web scrapers and APIs.
