We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead design and development of complex, highly available, distributed systems on AWS using Go, Python, and Node.js, running on Kubernetes-based platforms such as EKS and OpenShift. You will set technical direction for a team, drive an automation-first engineering culture, and act as a hands-on technical leader who partners with product and client stakeholders to turn requirements into resilient, well-tested systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development ofcomplex, distributed, high-availability systems in Go, Python, and Node.js
Define technical approach andengineering best practices for the team
Own key AWS infrastructuredecisions covering scalability, cost, security, and resilience across containerorchestration platforms (EKS, OpenShift) and serverless/compute services
Drive automation strategyacross CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, testing, and operations
Lead technical design reviews and set coding and architecture standards
Mentor mid-level and juniorengineers and guide their technical growth




Partner with product andbusiness stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Lead incident response,root-cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements
Evaluate and introduce newtools and technologies where they add clear value

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8–12 years of softwareengineering experience, with significant depth in distributed systems
Expert-level proficiency in Goand Python, with solid working proficiency in Node.js for polyglot serviceenvironments
Deep hands-on expertise with AWS architecture and services, including container orchestration on EKS
Hands-on experience running andoperating workloads on Red Hat OpenShift as an enterprise Kubernetes platform
Proven experience designing andscaling automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform,CloudFormation, or Ansible)
