Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities across target industries,



build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and develop strategies to expand market share for enzyme and probiotic solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal technical and marketing teams to shape offerings. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The Business Development Manager is expected to represent the company at industry events and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
