We’re looking for someone who makes things look ?
Shizz is a digital agency working with brands across D2C, FMCG, beauty, food, lifestyle and everything in between.
We’re looking for a Junior Designer who gets excited about valuable design, has an unhealthy amount of Pinterest/Instagram saved posts and can turn a random brief into something people actually want to look at.

What you'll be doing
Designing social media posts, carousels, stories & ads that don't look like every other brand on Instagram.
Turning creative ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.
Working on campaigns, launches, brand identities and digital content.
Taking one design and making it work across 17 different formats because Instagram apparently needs that.
Creating pitch decks and presentations that clients actually enjoy looking at.
Working closely with our creative, strategy, copy and account teams.
Bringing references, ideas, trends and "wait, hear me out..." concepts to the table.
Taking feedback, making changes, questioning feedback occasionally,



and making the work better.
Keeping an eye on what's happening in design, advertising, culture and the internet.

You should probably apply if...
You have 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, or you're a fresher with a killer portfolio.
You know your way around Photoshop & Illustrator.
Bonus points if you know After Effects / Premiere Pro.
You understand typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
You can make things look good without making them unnecessarily complicated.
You have an eye for detail. Yes, that means noticing when things are 2 pixels off.
You can handle multiple briefs without your laptop becoming a crime scene.
You’re curious, proactive and actually want to get better at what you do.

Extra points if...You:
Know the difference between good design and design that just has a lot going on.
Have strong opinions about fonts.
Follow interesting brands instead of just desi
