Position & Compensation Overview - Business Development Intern

Compensation & Pay Structure

Base Monthly Pay: ₹15,000 per month (Basic Salary)

Total Monthly Range: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month (inclusive of allowances & field call bonuses)

Annual CTC: ~₹2,40,000 base CTC per annum (excluding performance incentives)

Post-Internship Compensation: Up to ₹30,000+ per month plus incentives upon full-time conversion after 6 months

Sales Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on closed sales performance

Field Visit Allowance: Additional pay up to ₹5,000 per month for physical corporate/agency visits

Allowances & Reimbursements: Conveyance allowance, internet reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement, and full reimbursement for all client visit travel costs
