About the Role
ITIO Innovex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Interns who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth. This internship offers hands-on exposure to lead generation, client communication, digital outreach, and business development activities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Core Role)
Identify and generate leads through online platforms and outreach methods.
Initiate conversations with potential clients via chat, email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
Pitch company products/services and communicate their value proposition effectively.
Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads into potential clients.
Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and business progress.
Digital & Platform Activities




Create and publish content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Medium, and Reddit.
Follow company guidelines while performing digital outreach activities.
Maintain qualified online profiles and ensure regular activity.
Create and manage additional profiles whenever required.
General Responsibilities
Learn and execute assigned workflows through training materials.
Maintain professionalism, ownership, and consistency in assigned tasks.
Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Work in a target-driven environment while meeting performance expectations.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates or Final Semester students (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).
Preferred Background: BBA, B.Com, BA, BMS, Marketing, or related fields.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable with client interaction and business development activities.
Goal-oriented with a strong learning attitude.
