JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Connect with and counsel working professionals regarding suitable Career Development and Management Programs.
Make outbound calls to leads and available databases and convert prospects into successful admissions/sales.




Understand candidates' qualified profiles and recommend suitable management and career development programs.
Maintain regular communication with candidates through calls, meetings, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records and update candidate information, follow-ups, and interactions in the database/CRM.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and admission targets.
Effectively manage pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Address candidate queries and provide appropriate guidance throughout the counselling and admission journey.
Work collaboratively with the team and actively contribute towards achieving overall sales and business goals.
