Role Description The Green Building and Sustainable Construction Part Time Trainer will deliver remote training sessions on sustainable construction practices, green building principles, and related industry standards. This part-time role involves preparing learning materials, designing presentations, and conducting interactive online classes and workshops for engineering students and early-career professionals. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical case studies,



providing constructive feedback to support skill development. In addition, the trainer will stay updated on current sustainability trends, certifications, and technologies, and may collaborate with SkillDzire’s team to enhance course content and training methodologies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of green building concepts, sustainable construction methods, and relevant standards or rating systems (e.g., IGBC, LEED, GRIHA).
Experience in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field with applied exposure to sustainability projects.
Skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, and delivering engaging online training sessions or workshops.
Effective communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse learners.
