About The Role

The Associate Engineer role focuses on developing, supporting, and enhancing software solutions and automation capabilities that improve operational efficiency and service reliability. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and technical leads, the role contributes to key service management areas such as Incident, Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management while building technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and a strong foundation in software engineering best practices.

Understand need of multiple projects and communicate them divisionally and/or cross-divisionally
Knowledge to deliver in Agile Methodologies.
Follow solid engineering practices in the team
Ability to debug complex issues and provide the right solution

What You’ll Be Doing





Work under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead to deliver assigned tasks and objectives.
Own and deliver assigned work items end-to-end with quality and accountability.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Develop a foundational understanding of the product, technology stack, engineering processes, and business requirements to make informed contributions.
Participate actively in team discussions, code reviews, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Apply engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality processes in day-to-day work.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with support from senior team members when required.
Demonstrate a learning mindset by continuously improving technical skills and expanding domain knowledge.
