Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder (CMO) role with investment, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Co-Founder (CMO) will own overall marketing strategy, including brand development, positioning, and demand generation across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing marketing campaigns, developing sales enablement materials, analyzing market trends, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention initiatives.



The role also involves close collaboration with other founders on product-market fit, pricing, partnerships, and fundraising narratives, while building and mentoring a high-performing marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will be a second-time founder with prior experience in launching or scaling ventures and contributing capital and strategic leadership.
Qualifications
Strong Marketing and Sales skills, with experience in growth strategy, demand generation, and revenue-focused campaigns.
Excellent Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret market data, define customer segments, and inform strategic decisions.
Advanced Communication skills for transparent messaging, stakeholder alignment, investor interactions, and cross-functional collaboration.
Previous experience as a founder or co-founder, preferably a second-time founder, with a track record of building or scaling startups.
