Skills And Competencies

Hands-on IT skills, in particular knowledge of R,



Python, or SQL
Interest in the social and cultural contexts that guide growth and development across geographies
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to investigate and solve problems
Ability to work in a team
Interest in Catastrophic Risk Modelling and Property Insurance Industry
Knowledge of building construction practices across different countries would be an advantage

Education

The preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s or currently enrolled in master’s or PhD programme of an accredited university in Civil or Computer Engineering, Urban Planning, Remote Sensing or Geoinformatics.
