About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled Video Editor to create compelling, conversion-focused video advertisements for Meta and TikTok.
The ideal candidate combines excellent editing skills with a strong understanding of performance marketing, consumer behaviour and storytelling. You should have a proven portfolio of paid social advertisements and the ability to turn raw footage, creator content and product assets into polished creatives that capture attention and encourage action.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of the editing process, contribute creative ideas, meet deadlines consistently and collaborate effectively with marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality video advertisements for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, tailored to campaign objectives and target audiences.
Transform creator footage, UGC, product demonstrations,



testimonials and lifestyle content into engaging, conversion-focused advertisements.
Develop strong opening hooks, clear narratives, compelling product benefits and effective calls to action.
Create multiple variations of advertisements to test different hooks, messaging, pacing, lengths and creative approaches.
Adapt content across placements and aspect ratios while maintaining visual quality, readability and appropriate safe zones.
Apply captions, motion graphics, sound design, colour correction and audio mixing to deliver polished, platform-appropriate content.
Work closely with performance marketing and creative teams to interpret briefs and translate feedback into effective revisions.
Use campaign results and audience-retention insights to identify opportunities for improving future edits.
Proactively suggest new creative concepts and ways to make better use of existing footage.
