Role Description The Sales Intern will support the admissions and business development team in promoting Srijan’s training programs to prospective students and corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in and phone inquiries, explaining course offerings, maintaining lead records, and following up with prospects to support enrollment. The intern will collaborate with trainers and administrative staff to understand program details, assist in organizing events or information sessions, and contribute to basic sales reporting. This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular presence at the institute during working hours.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with prospective learners and team members.
Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries professionally, address concerns,



and provide accurate information about programs.
Interest or foundational skills in Sales, with an ability to understand offerings, present benefits, and support enrollment activities.
Basic Training and Sales Management exposure or willingness to learn, to assist in demo sessions, orientation events, and lead tracking.
Enrollment in or completion of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort using standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or lead-tracking tools).
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced educational environment.
