About Flybi

Flybi Technologies measures stockpiles, mines and industrial sites from the air — drone LiDAR, photogrammetry and airborne magnetics with audit-grade reports — for JSW Steel, BMM Ispat, KPCL and others. Our buyers are plant heads, purchase managers, stores and finance teams at steel, power, cement, mining and port companies. They do not answer cold emails. They answer a good phone call.
What you will own

The phone. 30–40 conversations a day with plant, purchase and finance contacts from our CRM lists and inbound enquiries, on a 3-touch cadence.
Qualification: does the site have stockpiles or mines to survey, when is the next stock audit, who signs, what went wrong last time.
Booking a 30-minute technical call for the Head of Revenue or the Business Development Manager — that is the sale you make.
Zoho CRM: every call logged, every lead with a status and a next-action date, inbound enquiries answered within one business hour.
What you will be measured on





Qualified meetings booked per month — target 8.
Inbound response time — under 1 hour in business hours.
CRM hygiene — 100% of calls logged with a next action.

A script reader. If you need a script to survive "send me an email", this is not the seat. Not a BPO or consumer-calling role.
Location and hours

Kengeri (Mysore Road), Bengaluru 560060. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday is a full working day.
Compensation

Fixed pay aligned to experience plus a quarterly variable paid on qualified meetings booked, uncapped above target — discussed openly on the first call. Attendance allowance, PF, and a 90-day probation review against the three numbers above.
