We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and ensuring the reliable operation of equipment and systems.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as coordinate with other team members

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment and technical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, or technical problems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
- Identify equipment faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, vendors, and other departments when required.
- Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.
- Support junior technicians and provide technical guidance when required.
- Respond to breakdowns and service requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained properly.

Requirements





- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification.
- 3–5+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings/manuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts when required.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage, if applicable.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in preventive maintenance.
- Experience handling technical equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems.
- Ability to supervise or guide junior technicians.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
