Responsibilities :

- Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Associate Project Managers to execute multiple projects concurrently for customers.
- Understand business objectives, define project scope, and create project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including project health, progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify deviations from the project plan and take timely corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to maintain project momentum and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage project governance structures and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies to execute project activities seamlessly.
- Manage projects involving enterprise customers across multiple countries or regions and coordinate with distributed delivery teams.
- Understand complex technical issues, work with relevant technical teams to develop resolution plans, and track issues through closure.
- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to improve project delivery efficiency.




- Document lessons learned and stakeholder feedback and incorporate learnings into future projects.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes and meet agreed customer objectives.

Requirements :

- Must have 5+ years of project management experience with significant client-facing delivery time (non-negotiable), including experience in a B2B SaaS company serving enterprise customers.
- Must have managed complex enterprise projects end-to-end, from requirement/planning through successful delivery and go-live.
- Must have managed multi-country / multi-region rollouts (preferably North America and/or Europe), coordinating India-based delivery teams with customers/stakeholders in Western markets.
- Must have delivered technically complex / analytics-driven projects (AI/ML, Image Recognition, or Data Analytics).
- Must have robust working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Must have experience with SOWs, change requests, or RFPs, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies using Waterfall or Agile.
- Must be the accountable owner of the engagement - primary client point of contact, owning the project plan and go-live end-to-end - not a hands-on specialist executing the build.
- Must have strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and executive-level reporting skills across cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
