nWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Solution Consultant with 8+ years of experience in

nsoftware development, AI solutions, and AWS cloud technologies to lead the successful delivery of

nenterprise applications.

nKey Responsibilities

n1. Lead end-to-end delivery of software, cloud, and AI projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality

nexecution.

n2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable

ntechnical solutions.

n3. Drive solution architecture discussions and work closely with engineering teams to define

nimplementation approaches.

n4. Manage Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, resource planning, and

nrelease management.

n5. Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, Data, and AI

nteams.

n6. Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions, including LLMs, RAG, semantic search, AI

nagents, and intelligent automation.

n7. Monitor project progress, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and communicate status to

ncustomers and leadership.

n8. Oversee cloud-native application delivery on AWS, ensuring scalability, security,



performance,

nreliability, and cost optimization.

n9. Prepare technical proposals, solution estimates, Statements of Work (SoW), project roadmaps,

nand architecture documentation.

n10. Drive continuous improvement by adopting engineering best practices, DevOps, AI innovations,

nand modern software delivery processes.

nRequired Skills

n• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, software engineering, or project delivery.

n• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Microservices, REST APIs, Software Architecture,

nand Solution Design.

n• Experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, AI

nAgents, and intelligent automation.

n• Solid knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architecture.

n• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Infrastructure as Code

n(Terraform or CDK).

n• Excellent stakeholder management, technical consulting, communication, estimation, and

nproblem-solving skills.
