?‍? Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruitment Intern who is interested in talent acquisition and hiring processes. You will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for IT roles.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms




• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings
• Support HR team in end-to-end recruitment process
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring
✅ Required Skills:
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
? Eligibility:
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Final-year students and freshers are welcome
