Drive Organisation Design & Transformation

Lead organisation-wide projects and transformation initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and design through rollout and adoption.
Own organisation design at scale, including role architecture, spans and layers, restructures, and change management.
Build talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability frameworks for critical roles across the organisation.
Shape engagement, culture, and rewards strategies, including employee surveys, action planning, market benchmarking, and pay-for-performance frameworks.
