Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will lead and grow sales within the assigned territory, managing key customer relationships in the semiconductor and electronic components market. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities,



developing and executing sales strategies, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves close collaboration with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate demand forecasting, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics, providing regular reporting and forecasts to leadership while mentoring and supporting the sales team.
Qualifications
