About The Role
Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns.
Using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.
We’re looking for a Team Lead to support our Analysts in achieving top-quality performance. You'll take a solution-oriented approach to handling customer and agent issues, looking to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing a team of 10–15 FinCrime Analysts
Managing the daily performance of employees, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to SLA expectations
Conducting regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
Challenging processes and procedures for continuous improvement
Raising awareness of unusual trends in performance
Seeking to go above and beyond the role by taking ownership of difficult problems, resolving ongoing issues, and being a leader in the workplace
