We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and people-focused professionals to join our team and play an key role in both school outreach and university admission counselling.

Business Development Associate / Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 – School Outreach & Lead Generation
Identify and connect with schools and key decision-makers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with school management and stakeholders.
Schedule appointments and coordinate school visits and meetings.
Conduct and coordinate seminars and student engagement activities.
Generate, track, and manage prospective student leads through school campaigns.
Ensure regular and effective follow-ups with schools and stakeholders.
Phase 2 – Admission Counselling & Conversion
Engage with student leads generated through school outreach activities.
Understand students’ academic interests, goals, and requirements.




Provide accurate information and guidance on relevant university programmes.
Interact with prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey.
Follow up consistently to support conversions.
Assist students with the application and admission process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Admissions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in interacting with school management and key decision-makers.
Good negotiation, networking, and appointment-setting skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Good English communication skills; Tamil proficiency is preferred.
Willingness to travel for school visits and outreach activities.
Willingness to transition into admission counselling after completi
