We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to join our team at e-Tuitions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with parents, driving renewals, increasing customer engagement, and identifying opportunities for upselling & cross-selling.

? What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Work on qualified leads generated by our lead generation team
• Connect with parents and students to understand their requirements
• Coordinate and schedule demo classes with suitable teachers
• Follow up with prospects and support the team in converting leads into enrollments
• Take ownership of customers after enrollment and maintain regular communication
• Track course/package renewals and proactively follow up with parents
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant courses or services
• Maintain strong relationships and improve parent & student engagement
• Collect feedback and coordinate with teachers/academic teams to ensure a smooth learning experience
• Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups,



and activities in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
• Contribute towards conversion, retention, renewal, and revenue targets

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid follow-up and convincing abilities
• Customer-focused and proactive approach
• Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on retention and revenue growth
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in EdTech, online education, sales, telesales, or customer success is a plus
