Manager – Business Operations & Delivery | US Shift

We’re looking for an experienced Manager – Business Operations & Delivery to join a growing expert network / research & consulting organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end client delivery, project management, market & industry research, team management, and expert network development.

What you’ll do:
• Manage and strengthen client relationships while ensuring high-quality project delivery
• Understand client requirements and identify/empanel relevant industry experts
• Manage project TATs and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
• Track market trends, competitor activity and industry developments
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant experts
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 5–10 members
• Ensure expert pools are continuously strengthened across sectors and geographies





What we’re looking for:
• 6–7+ years of experience in research, expert networks, client servicing or a similar domain
• 1–2+ years of team management experience, ideally managing a team of 5–10
• Strong experience in independently managing client delivery and TATs
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Graduate/Postgraduate; Economics, Marketing or Business background preferred
• Prior experience in an expert network / research / consulting workplace will be an advantage

Location: Work from Home (Delhi NCR preferred)
Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM | US Shift
