This role focuses on driving high-quality B2B demand and qualified leads through data-driven paid and digital marketing strategies.
You will manage and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, and email marketing channels.
The position combines campaign execution, conversion optimization, performance analysis, and commercial thinking to maximize measurable business impact.
You will continuously test landing pages, content, and user journeys to improve conversion rates and accelerate learning.
Working closely with Customer Engagement and Sales teams, you will help ensure strong lead quality and alignment with commercial objectives.
You will use analytics, automation, AI, and emerging digital technologies to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.

Accountabilities:
Support and execute growth strategies designed to generate high-quality B2B demand and qualified leads.
Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns across relevant digital channels.
Optimize landing pages, content, and user journeys through conversion rate optimization, testing, and experimentation.
Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and commercial KPIs, including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and increased market share.
Collaborate closely with Customer Engagement and Sales teams to improve lead quality and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports, insights, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
