Role Description This is a full time, on-site Meta and Google Ads role based in Indore. The role involves planning, creating, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)



to generate qualified leads and brand awareness for Spark Point Abroad’s programs. On a day-to-day basis, the team member will conduct keyword and audience research, set up and manage ad sets and campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results. The role also includes collaborating with content and design teams on ad creatives and landing pages, tracking conversions, preparing performance reports, and staying updated with platform policies and best practices. The person in this role will work closely with counseling and operations teams to align campaign goals with enrollment targets and overall business objectives.
