Trophèe is looking for an AdOps Associate – Publisher Operations (Programmatic) to join our growing team and help manage publisher onboarding, day-to-day ad operations, yield optimization, and monetization across programmatic inventory.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Onboard and manage publishers across Google Ad Manager (GAM) and oRTB integrations.
• Support publisher inventory setup, testing, and monetization integrations.
• Monitor fill rates, CPMs, campaign performance, and publisher revenue.
• Validate ad tags, ads.txt/app-ads.txt, and troubleshoot ad-serving issues.
• Work with GAM, SSPs, demand partners, and CTV/programmatic platforms.
• Collaborate closely with our Technology, Demand, and Publisher teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare performance reports and continuously identify opportunities to improve publisher yield and monetization.
What We’re Looking For
• 6 months–2 years of relevant experience in Ad Operations / Programmatic Advertising.
• Hands-on exposure to GAM, oRTB publisher onboarding, integrations, or publisher management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM) is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML / JavaScript would be an advantage.
• Robust interest in Programmatic Advertising, AdTech, Gaming, CTV, and Digital Media.
• Most importantly — someone who is curious, proactive, and excited to learn and grow in a fast-evolving industry.
