Introduction:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the company in achieving its sales and revenue goals.At AdverGrow Solutions, we offer a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate potential sales leads through online research, networking, social media, and other relevant channels.
Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's products.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.




Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct initial sales discussions and coordinate with the relevant internal teams when required.
Maintain and update records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales activities.
Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Develop a good understanding of the company's products, services, and target market.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive proficiency in English with the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
Good negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new products, technologies, and sales processes.
