Role Description The Closing Specialist at Rupee112 is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves managing the end-to-end loan closing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Closing Specialist will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to finalize loan agreements, confirm escrow details where applicable,



and address any issues that may arise before disbursal. Daily tasks include reviewing loan files, verifying customer information, explaining closing terms, answering customer queries, and maintaining detailed records of each transaction. The role also requires proactive communication, timely follow-up, and a strong focus on delivering a clear and positive closing experience for every customer.
Qualifications
