About the Role
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Leadership positions.
The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure of positions within defined TATs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Understand manpower requirements and JDs from respective business/functional heads.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Handle hiring for corporate and specialised roles across:
E-commerce & Quick Commerce
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Content & Creative
IT
Finance & Accounts
Supply Chain & Warehouse
HR
Business/Growth & Strategy
Leadership positions




Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against the role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms within approved budgets.
Drive offer-to-joining conversion and minimise candidate dropouts/backouts.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Ensure recruitment TATs and hiring targets are achieved.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for recurring positions.
Work closely with business teams to understand current and future manpower requirements.
Coordinate with external recruitment consultants/vendors wherever required.
Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Track recruitment metrics such as CV submissions, interviews, offers, closures,
