Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you will play a key part in driving revenue, managing sales data, analyzing insights, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management

Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized gut health solutionsDrive the complete sales cycle,



from lead generation to deal closureBuild and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service

Data Management & Analytics

Manage and organize sales data to track performance and customer interactionsAnalyze data to generate insights that improve sales strategies and customer engagementMaintain accurate records and reports using CRM tools

Communication & Collaboration

Effectively communicate Sova Health’s value proposition via calls, emails, and virtual meetingsCollaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts and enhance customer experience

Experience

Qualifications & Skills

1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client-facing, or similar roles

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong data management and analytical abilitiesProficiency in CRM tools and sales reportingRelationship-build
