Role Description The Manager Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising (such as search, social, and display),



tracking key performance metrics, and developing data-driven strategies to improve return on ad spend. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and creative, to align campaigns with brand objectives and customer needs. Additional responsibilities include overseeing marketing budgets, testing recent channels and creatives, and reporting campaign performance and insights to leadership.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and present insights to stakeholders.
Experience in performance management, including setting targets, tracking KPIs, and improving campaign outcomes.
Ability to design and deliver training for team members or partners on performance marketing best practices.
