Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Recruiter role based in Tirupati. The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines for various training and internal positions,



posting and updating job advertisements across platforms, and managing communication with applicants throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements, support onboarding processes, and keep recruitment records and reports accurate and up to date. Additional responsibilities may include supporting HR initiatives, assisting with employer branding, and participating in career events and outreach activities.
Qualifications
Strong recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
Knowledge of HR practices such as onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate candidate and employee records.
