Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records. This full time, on-site role in Ghaziabad will support recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire orientation. The specialist will help implement HR policies, administer employee perks,

Qualifications
