Role Description The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving growth for Hessa AI by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing strategic deals. This full time, on-site position is based in Bengaluru and involves managing the entire sales cycle,



from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting product demonstrations and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and representing the company at meetings, events, and presentations. The role also involves gathering market and customer feedback to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
