Role Description The Creative Designer role at Retrix.in is a full-time, on-site position based in Vrindavan. In this role, the Creative Designer will conceptualize and design visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and branding projects. Daily tasks include developing design concepts, creating graphics and layouts, collaborating with the marketing and content teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.



The Creative Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, adapt designs based on feedback, and prepare final deliverables optimized for various digital platforms. This role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging visual stories.
Qualifications
Solid Creative Design skills with the ability to develop original concepts and visual narratives.
Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
Demonstrated experience in Branding, including logo design, visual identity systems, and brand guidelines.
Foundational knowledge of Web Design principles, responsive layouts, and user-centered visual design.
Relevant experience in a digital agency or similar creative environment is preferred.
