The Role

As a CDP Chef, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining the quality of Goldrush’s food offerings.

You should be someone who:

* Loves cooking and takes pride in every plate.
* Is passionate about healthy, ingredient-forward food.
* Understands the importance of nutrition, quality, consistency, and taste.
* Can work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
* Wants to grow beyond being just a chef.

This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves growing with a young,



ambitious food brand and eventually taking on larger responsibilities in Kitchen Operations and Head of Operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Execution

* Prepare and execute Goldrush Super Food recipes with consistency and attention to detail.
* Ensure every meal meets Goldrush standards for taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
* Follow standardized recipes and continuously maintain product consistency.
* Ensure food is prepared fresh and served efficiently.

Healthy & Functional Food

* Develop a strong understanding of Goldrush’s approach towards healthy and performance-focused food.
* Work with ingredient-forward recipes designed around better nutrition and functional eating.
* Be curious and willing to learn about proteins, carbohydrates, fats, gut-friendly foods, and performance nutrition.
* Contribute ideas for new healthy and exciting menu offerings.

Kitchen Operations

* Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and
