Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The IT Recruiter (Domestic/Indian Market) will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various channels. Daily responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.



The role also involves negotiating offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The IT Recruiter will be expected to build strong relationships with candidates, maintain a positive employer brand, and ensure adherence to company hiring policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for the Indian domestic market.
Hands-on experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Hands-on experience with SAP all modules.
Proven track record in Hiring and Recruiting across multiple IT roles and levels.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and qualified networking platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
