Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, focused on driving growth across Raipur, Surat, and Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals and diagnostic labs, build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and promote HaystackAnalytics’ genomic diagnostic solutions.



Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating onboarding of new partners. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, tracking market trends in healthcare and diagnostics, and preparing regular performance and forecast reports.
Qualifications

Strong business development and B2B sales skills, particularly in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical technology.
Ability to build and manage relationships with hospital administrators, lab leaders, and clinical stakeholders.
Experience in consultative selling, solution presentations, and contract negotiation.
Solid understanding or interest in genomics, diagnostics, or healthcare technology (technical background is an advantage but not mandatory).
