Role Description:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Vadodara branch, ensuring effective handling of insurance grievance cases and high-quality client service. This full-time, on-site role involves managing a team, allocating case workloads, monitoring performance, and implementing processes that support timely and accurate resolution of client claims.



The Branch Manager will interact with clients to understand their issues, guide them through the grievance resolution process, and coordinate with insurers and internal specialists as needed. The role also includes developing local business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key partners, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular reports on branch performance and case outcomes.

Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management abilities, including experience in supervising staff, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews.
