Role Description The Intern – Talent Acquisition will support the recruitment function and help build high-performing teams at BrightCHAMPS. This internship is an on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with end-to-end hiring activities, such as sourcing candidates,



screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will help manage job postings, support employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Additional tasks may include updating recruitment reports, engaging with candidates to provide timely communication, and contributing to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
