Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Sales Associate (Experienced) role based in Noida. The Property Sales Associate will identify and engage prospective buyers, present suitable property options, conduct site visits, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, explaining project features and pricing, negotiating terms,



and coordinating with internal teams and developers to finalize deals. The role involves maintaining an updated database of listings, tracking leads, preparing basic sales reports, and supporting marketing initiatives, such as property promotions and events. The associate is expected to uphold high standards of customer service, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
