Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales & Customer Success role based in Gujarat, India. The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and maintaining an organized pipeline of prospects. The team member will support customers throughout their lifecycle by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include coordinating product demonstrations, following up on leads, documenting interactions in CRM systems,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience. The role also requires proactive communication to understand customer needs, identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, and share feedback that can enhance TechRelieve’s solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to manage pipelines and convert prospects into customers.
Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build relationships and support long-term retention.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages.
Relevant experience in B2B or technology sales, account management, or customer success is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Gujarat, India, manage multiple priorities, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
