Role Description The Closing Manager mandate at Seed Realty Private Limited is a full-time, in office role based in Thane. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end closing activities for real estate transactions,



including coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance with lending and funding requirements, and aligning closing timelines with all stakeholders. The Closing Manager will work closely with sales teams, lenders, and clients to oversee loan and mortgage processes, validate legal and financial details, and ensure accurate disbursements and fund allocations. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking transaction status, resolving closing-related issues, communicating updates to clients, and maintaining detailed records in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with internal research and portfolio management teams to support smooth transaction execution and high-quality client service.
