Role Description The Field Officer role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations at assigned locations. The Field Officer will monitor service quality, ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards, and coordinate with on-ground staff and vendors to resolve operational issues promptly.



Responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, maintaining records and reports, and communicating status updates and incident details to supervisors and clients. The role involves planning and organizing daily activities, supporting implementation of company policies, and assisting in training and guiding staff to meet performance targets. The Field Officer is expected to respond to on-site emergencies, manage basic administrative tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in facility management processes.
